Perpetua Resources Reports New Gold Find at Stibnite Project
Perpetua Resources announces a new gold discovery at the Fiddle prospect and strong drill results from the Clark Tunnel Fault Zone at its Idaho project.
Perpetua Resources Corp. has disclosed a new gold discovery at the Fiddle prospect within its Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho, with the first drill hole returning 109.7 meters grading 3.2 grams per tonne gold and 1.1 percent antimony, according to a company announcement dated Nov. 4, 2026.
The Fiddle prospect sits south of the permitted Yellow Pine open pit, expanding the known mineralized footprint of the Stibnite project. The combined gold and antimony intercept is notable given antimony's strategic classification as a critical mineral with increasing industrial and defense applications.

Separately, continued drilling at the Clark Tunnel Fault Zone produced two significant intercepts: 25.4 meters grading 4.5 grams per tonne gold and 25.0 meters grading 2.3 grams per tonne gold. The results suggest the fault zone remains a high-priority target for resource expansion beyond what is already permitted.
The Stibnite Gold Project holds the distinction of being one of the few domestic sources of antimony in the United States, a metal the federal government has identified as strategically important. Perpetua has previously secured a record of decision for the project, positioning it as a fully permitted gold and antimony development asset.
The new drilling data could have implications for future resource estimates and mine planning, though the company did not provide updated reserve figures in the announcement. Continue reading at All Financial Services & Investing.
